How a darts checkout calculator finds a route
This darts checkout calculator searches every single, double, treble and bull outcome for the number of darts you have. It keeps only routes that reach zero with the final dart on a double or the inner bull.
Standard checkout conventions aim to leave an even number, because a miss on the double can leave another double. 32, or double 16, is a popular target because missing it thin leaves 16, then 8, then 4. The big fish finishes are 170, 167, 164, 161 and 160.

What scores can be finished?
This tool checks scores from 2 through 170. A finish must end on a double or the inner bull, and it reports when no route exists with the darts in hand.
Why does the inner bull count as a double?
The inner bull is worth 50 and counts as double 25 for finishing purposes. The outer bull is worth 25 but is not a finishing double.
What are the classic bogey numbers?
169, 168, 166, 165, 163, 162 and 159 cannot be finished with three darts, even though they are 170 or below.
Can I choose a preferred double?
Yes. Select a preferred double and the calculator prioritizes routes ending there when routes use the same number of darts.
