How this darts double out chart works

This darts double out chart lists every score from 2 to 170 and gives a recommended route that ends on a double. Choose a preferred double to make the table suit the way you play, then use the print layout for a compact reference.

The chart uses singles 1–20, doubles, trebles, the outer bull at 25 and the inner bull at 50. A leg must finish on a double, and the seven supplied bogey numbers are marked when no three-dart route exists.

For a solver focused on one score, use the darts checkout calculator instead of rebuilding the whole table by hand.

Checkout score = dart 1 + dart 2 + dart 3; the final dart must be a double

Routes are recommendations for tied options: they favour the selected finishing double, an even leave, clean-halving doubles and treble 20 setups for higher scores.

Darts double out chart FAQ

What does double out mean?

Double out means the final dart of a leg must land in a double, including the inner bull at 50.

Why are some scores marked impossible?

169, 168, 166, 165, 163, 162 and 159 have no route that finishes the score in three darts under the stated board rules.

What does the preferred double change?

When the selected double can finish a score, the chart ranks a route ending on it ahead of otherwise comparable routes.

Can I print this chart?

Yes. Choose the print layout in the tool, then use your browser’s print command. The print stylesheet removes navigation chrome and arranges the table in columns.

Does this replace the checkout calculator?

No. This page is the full reference table. The darts checkout calculator is better when you want to explore one score interactively.
