How a darts counter works
This darts counter subtracts each three-dart visit from 301 or 501, records busts as zero, and shows the running score for both players. It also shows the three-dart average and a checkout suggestion when the remaining score can be finished.
A leg ends at exactly zero with a double, including the inner bull. Players alternate who throws first each leg; choose a legs or sets format to keep the match state in view.
Three-dart average = total scored in the leg ÷ darts thrown × 3 Use Undo for a mis-entry. Scores are stored locally when the browser permits it, and no account or network connection is required.

What happens when a player busts?
The visit scores nothing and the player's score returns to what it was before that visit. A score below zero, exactly 1, or zero without a double finish is a bust.
Why does the app ask about the final dart?
X01 legs must finish on a double. Select Double or Inner bull only when the visit ended that way; otherwise zero is treated as a bust.
What does the three-dart average mean?
It is the total scored in the current leg divided by darts thrown, multiplied by three. It updates after every visit.
Can I undo a bust?
Yes. Undo restores the complete prior match state, including the score, turn and any bust revert.
Are my matches saved?
The current match is saved in local storage when available. Private-browsing restrictions may prevent saving; the counter still works in that case.
